All of our hearing amplifiers come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. The guarantee will not be valid if an device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of neosonictech.com. Accessories are not covered under warranty.

If your device stops functioning correctly and you believe you have a guarantee case, please contact us by email at info@neosonictech.com. When contacting us, please provide your order number. We are going to send you the instruction of how to proceed with the warranty.

If you lose or damage your hearing amplifier within the first 12 months, contact us for a 10% discount on your next purchase. Also, feel free to contact us if you think you require repairs on your device. Loss or user damage are not covered under warranty.
