Warranty Coverage

All of our hearing amplifiers come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. The guarantee will not be valid if a device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of NeoSonicTech.com. Accessories are not covered under warranty.

Repairs or Damage

Repairs to your device are covered within the 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your device needs repairs, please send images and/or any other useful information to info@neosonictech.com. If repairs can simply be made, we may suggest to you how to do so. If repairs need to be made by the manufacturer, we will cover the cost of shipping the product for those repairs. Loss or user damage is NOT covered under warranty, however if you lose or damage your hearing amplifier within the first 12 months, contact us for a 10% discount on your next purchase.

What To Do If You Have Issues

If your device stops functioning correctly, please contact us by email at info@neosonictech.com. When contacting us, please provide your order number. We are going to send you the instruction of how to proceed with the warranty.
